In our society, most people grow up with a lack of sex education and sex-positive instruction. For that reason, we teach, guide, motivate, inspire, and listen to help our clients achieve their sexual intimacy and relationship goals.

We offer many pathways so you will be able to reconnect with your erotic energy and identity, individually and in partnership. We have a holistic approach as we monitor my client’s progress while providing feedback that allows our client to thrive, prosper and flourish mentally, emotionally, sexually and physically.

We work with men, women, transgender, gay, bisexual, lesbian, married, single, or dating, and people who are sexually challenged or differently-abled, all from different walks of life regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, or age or lifestyle.

If you are experiencing problems with your love and sex life, intimacy issues, dating and relationship problems, or struggling with sexual dissatisfaction, then connecting with us will create positive changes and experiences in your life.

We enjoy creating a safe space where people can talk about sex, fantasies, kinks, fetishes, traumatic experiences, insecurities, and fear without shame and without the feeling of being judged.

You will have us right by your side to encourage and support you throughout your journey to rediscover yourself and to feel happy, content and balanced mentally, emotionally, sexually and physically.



This session will help us get to know each other. We will understand your feelings, needs and circumstances.

You will get some pointers and suggestions on what you can do right away to address the issues in your life and relationship.

We will discuss your short-term and long-term goals and make a plan going forward.


A standard 1-hour session works well to catch up on your progress and make sure you are on track.

You will get a chance to share the changes you are making in your life and your relationship.

We will make some adjustments to make sure you are making the most of your time.


This session tends to be 1.5-2 hours. We allow this 30 minutes flexibility to let the conversation unfold.

It is perfect for going deeper and exploring your feelings and circumstances in more detail.

We will bring your awareness to your deeper beliefs and your behavioural patterns.
