FAQ

A calmer place to find answers before you take the next step.

Before booking a session, it is natural to have questions — not only about logistics, but also about whether this kind of support is right for you.

This page is here to help you understand what to expect, how I work, and how this process may support you.

You do not need to read everything. Begin with the section that feels most relevant to you now.

Before you book

What can I expect from the first session?

Your first session is a real session — not a sales pitch. We begin right away with what matters to you most. Whether it’s conflict, confusion, or something you’re struggling to express, I’ll guide you with honest, clear, and compassionate insight. Expect to be heard, gently challenged, and supported with care.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready to better understand yourself or your relationship, this space is for you. I work with both people and couples who are willing to reflect, be honest, and are open to change. You don’t have to be sure about the future of your relationship — just willing to explore the truth of where you are now.

Do you work with people or only couples?

Both. Some clients come alone to work on their part of a relationship, gain clarity, or make empowered decisions. Others come with their partner to navigate the dynamic together. Often, we begin with individual sessions and move into joint sessions as clarity grows on both sides.

Do you offer free discovery calls?

I don’t offer free discovery calls — your first session is a real one. We dive in right away, offering real value from the start.

Some people hesitate to commit without a free consultation. But over the years, I’ve found that those who are truly ready for this work are also ready to invest in it. This helps ensure we’re both showing up with intention from the very first moment.

Do you offer packages?

No, I work session by session. This gives us the flexibility to adapt as things evolve and new layers emerge. The process is responsive — not formulaic.

How the coaching process works

How do sessions work?

Sessions are conversational, exploratory, and deeply focused on what’s real for you. We begin with your current concerns, then gently uncover what’s underneath — whether emotional patterns, past experiences, or unspoken needs. I use a blend of direct insight and emotional attunement to help you gain clarity without judgment.

What if only one partner is ready or willing to engage?

It’s common for one partner to feel more ready than the other. We acknowledge this dynamic from the start and honor each person’s process. My approach allows each person to grow at their pace, while still creating space for shared progress. If the gap between partners becomes too wide over time, we explore what that means honestly and compassionately.

How do you create emotional safety in sessions?

Emotional safety starts with trust and transparency. I build that by being real — saying what I mean, listening with care, and never pushing beyond your readiness. I also use my own emotional awareness as a tool to stay connected to what’s unfolding in the space. You’ll never be judged or rushed — only supported in facing the truth at your own pace.

Relationship situations I work with

Do you work with couples in long-distance relationships?

Yes. Many of my clients are in long-distance relationships and face unique challenges around communication, trust, and emotional connection. Coaching can help you navigate those challenges more consciously and co-create a sense of closeness even across the miles.

What if we’re on the verge of a breakup?

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Whether you’re trying to decide whether to stay or go, or want to navigate a potential separation with clarity and care, I’m here to help you explore the truth of your situation with honesty and support — not pressure.

Can you help us build a healthy relationship, even if we’re not in crisis?

Absolutely. Some couples come to coaching not because something is wrong, but because they want to grow — to deepen their understanding, improve communication, or prepare for the next chapter. Coaching is just as valuable for building strong foundations as it is for navigating conflict.

Practical details

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the depth of the work. Occasionally, longer sessions (up to 6+ hours) are available in situations where there’s urgency or a breakthrough unfolding.

What are your fees?

Sessions are $120 USD per hour. The total cost depends on session length, which we determine based on what’s needed — not a rigid clock.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

No, all sessions are conducted online (via Zoom or similar). This allows me to work with clients across the world and maintain consistency, regardless of where you are.

What if I’m in a different time zone?

I work with clients globally and do my best to accommodate various time zones. When you’re ready to book, we’ll find a time that works for both of us.

Approach, philosophy, and ethics

Is this therapy?

No — this is coaching. While we go deep into emotions and relationships, the focus is forward-looking and practical. We explore your inner world to create clarity and transformation — not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

How is your coaching different?

My coaching blends intuitive insight, emotional presence, and psychological depth. I listen not just to what’s said, but to what’s behind it — helping you uncover truth, reconnect with yourself, and relate with honesty and care. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you see clearly.

Do you give advice?

I offer perspective, not prescriptions. I won’t tell you what to do — I’ll help you discover what feels aligned and true for you. This process is collaborative, spacious, and grounded in your own growth.

Do you have a code of ethics?

Yes. My work is built on confidentiality, respect, and emotional integrity. I hold a strong ethical container for all sessions and treat your process with the utmost care and responsibility.

What if I don’t agree with your perspective?

That’s okay. Coaching isn’t about agreement — it’s about exploration. If something doesn’t resonate, we explore that together. Your truth matters, and you won’t be forced into anyone else’s version of it.
